4x3 for me - Lifestyle strategies.

The 4x3 for me program is a practical set of lifestyle strategies that can easily be integrated into your weekly schedule.  

These four strategies are based on ancient techniques for the promotion of health, wellness, vitality and longevity.  They are also backed by contemporary scientific research which is increasingly confirming the benefits of incorporating these habits into your lifestyle so that you can reap the benefits.

 

This program is suggested only for consideration and is not being individually prescribed by this notice.  Before embarking on any new exercise or dietary program, talk to your primary care physician or nurse practitioner to help ensure safety in the context of your specific individual circumstances.  

 

  1. Walking - Walk (or jog/run or bike) somewhere you would normally drive to/from 3+ times per week​.

  2. Gravity training - push-ups and squats one set of each to max reps (exhaustion) 3+ times per week.

  3. Cold exposure - 1-3+ minutes cold shower daily.

  4. Fasting - skip 3 consecutive meals once weekly.
